What we collect

  • Order data — name, email, shipping address, items purchased.
  • Payment data — processed directly by Stripe; we receive a confirmation and the last 4 digits / card brand, never full card numbers.
  • Communications — messages you send us via forms or email.
  • Technical data — IP address, device/browser type, and, with your consent, analytics about how you use the site.

Who we share it with

We share data only with processors who help us run the store, under contract:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
  • Email/communications & analytics providers — to operate and improve the service.

We never sell your personal information.

We are based in the UK and some providers are located outside the UK/EEA (for example, in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements (typically up to 6 years). Marketing and analytics data is kept only while your consent stands or until it is no longer needed.
