If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how returns, cancellations and refunds work.
14-day returns window
- You may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- For hygiene and safety, opened compression bags, food-contact jars and adhesive products cannot be returned once unsealed, unless faulty.
- Items must be in resalable condition. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value from handling beyond what's needed to inspect the item.
Your statutory cancellation rights
These terms are in addition to — and do not affect — your statutory rights. For UK and EU consumers, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods under applicable consumer contract regulations, and a further 14 days to return them.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed items can be returned for a repair, replacement or refund under your statutory rights regardless of the window above.
How to start a return
- Email support@parsonsph.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order reference.
Refunds & return shipping
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
- For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost.
- For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping and refund in full, including original delivery where applicable.
- All refunds are made in the original currency of purchase (USD).
Order cancellation
If you need to cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel and refund the order in full. Once an order has shipped, the returns process above applies.
