• All prices are listed and charged in USD.
• Prices exclude shipping and any import duties or taxes, which are shown or noted at checkout / in our policies.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed.

• Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation / dispatch the goods.
• We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.
• Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour or finish may occur.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method. We do not store full card details. Your card statement will show the descriptor PARSONSPH.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns, refunds and cancellation rights by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

• Our products are for ordinary domestic home-storage use. Follow all included instructions and stated limits.
• Load-bearing and wall-mounted items must be installed correctly into a suitable structural surface; installation, fixings and final load are the customer's responsibility.
• Adhesive (drill-free) products may leave slight residue and are not for textured or freshly painted surfaces.
• Compression bags are for textiles only — not for food storage or vacuum food preservation.
• We do not sell gas, pressurised or electrical heating components.

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your destination country. We may be unable to ship to certain locations due to carrier or legal/export restrictions; see our Shipping Policy.
